"No Video, No Refund/Return"— To avoid hassle for both the seller and the buyer, please record yourself unboxing the parcel.
— The video must have the clip of the buyer opening the courier pouch.
— Video must have no cuts and fast forwards.
— After removing the bubble wrap, show all of the products to the camera from top to bottom, left to right.

But if you wish to receive the missing item or the right item, then please include your shipping address in the email.
